DEVELOPMENT OF FEASIBILITY FOR EXTENSION OF BAGANUUR COAL MINING

The assessment of the reserves concluded the good quality and quantity of the coal reserve of around 800 million ton compared to the old estimate of less than 600 million ton. At today’s rate of extraction of 2.5 tons/year, the mine has 320 years lifetime or would be sufficient to meet the expected growing extracted capacity (10 million ton/year) for about 80 years.
